Referring Physicians & Health Professionals:

Physicians may fax in referrals and their patients will be contacted directly.

Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 business hours notice in order to fill your appointment spot with someone on our cancellation list. Please call by 9:00 am the day prior to your appointment. If your appointment is on Monday, you will need to call by 9:00 am on Friday. Failure to provide such notice will normally result in the full amount being charged. If we are able to fill the spot on short notice, you will not be charged.

Winter Weather Policy:

We do not accept bad weather as a legitimate reason to cancel appointments other than the most extreme situations where even the staff are unable to reach the clinic due to the conditions. If you are unable to travel or uncomfortable driving due to weather conditions, your therapist will be happy to conduct your session via phone, Skype, or Facetime.

Emergencies & Crisis:

If your situation is urgent and you require an appointment quickly, please notify the Treatment Coordinator who will speak with your practitioner and arrange appropriate care as soon as possible.

If the clinic is closed and you are unsure about the severity of your present concern, or you are having a personal crisis requiring immediate attention, please present to the nearest emergency room.
